That’s why everything we do is developed to ensure our systems work flawlessly for years. But in the event that an issue should occur, we are on it straight away.
Firstly, we have a network of 250 fully certified installers across the UK and Ireland. You are therefore guaranteed a perfect and professional install from the outset, ensuring the hardware is placed in the optimum location for maximum security and minimum stress on the hardware.
But, should you choose to install the products yourself, and have a support related question, we have a support team that can help you.
We are a FORS approved supplier, which highlights the quality and reliability of our products. Our products are also rigorously tested to United States Military standards for both vibration (MIL-STD-817-514) and shock (MIL-STD-810-516), making them ideal for both road and rail use, where vibrations and shock don't even come close to those experienced during extreme testing. However, every ProVision product also comes with a 2-Year Warranty. So if anything untoward should occur, we will simply replace the hardware.
Finally, we also know that you don’t want to lose sleep wondering if your cameras are actually recording properly. We therefore also provide a totally cost-effective maintenance and system management service. This allows us to remotely monitor every unit and ensure that every camera is working and every feed is recording properly.
