ProVision CameraMatics wins Innovation Award at Fleet Transport Awards 2020

Pictured accepting the award are Co-founder and CEO Mervyn O’Callaghan, Co-founder and Director Simon Murray and Head of Sales Ireland Ciarán Murphy

Last week we attended the 14th Annual Fleet Transport Awards, held at City Hotel in Dublin. We’re absolutely delighted to have won the Innovation Award (sponsored by easytrip) at this important event which showcases and recognises the best of the industry.  Innovation, ongoing development and being at the cutting edge of technology is integral to our success and scooping the award for our CameraMatics system amid a strong field of finalists recognises our position as the leading innovators in the Fleet Transport industry.

Our all-round solution combines the benefits of traditional telematics with the most cutting-edge smart camera technology providing increased awareness and visibility to drivers and giving fleet managers peace of mind.

It’s no surprise that a number of other award-winners at the event are implementing our CameraMatics solutions across their fleets! Many congratulations to Hendrick European who won the overall title ‘Irish Haulier of the Year 2020’ as well as the International Haulier of the Year 2020 title.

Other CameraMatics customers receiving recognition include Virginia International Transport (Excellence in Warehousing & Product Handling), ATC Computer Transport & Logistics (Best Online Transport Company), David Simon Transport (Owner Driver Haulier of the Year), O’Brien Transport (Livery of the Year) and Pallas Foods (Best Van Fleet Award).

Entering the Hall of Fame with significant milestones were CameraMatics customers ATC, Goggins Transport and McElvaney Motors (CameraMatics reseller), each with 40 years in business. McCulla Ireland have clocked up 50 years and CameraMatics reseller Westward Scania a fantastic 60 years!

You can read how McCulla used ProVision CameraMatics to save £200,000 a year on our case studies page. We’re very pleased and honoured to count such experienced companies among our customers.

The award comes at an exciting and important time for ProVision CameraMatics. As well as Co-Founders Mervyn O’Callaghan and Simon Murphy being named among the 2019 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalists, as part of our Global Expansion we recently launched our US business in Richmond Virginia where we plan on growing our team to 100+ employees to service our growing customer base and partnerships.

We’d like to thank all our customers for their ongoing business. We look forward to continuing to provide you with not only the very best innovative technology but the very best customer service too.
